Advancing Clinical Diversity

Join us in our mission to advance health equity through inclusive clinical research. We’re dedicated to addressing health disparities and making a positive impact!

Purpose

Our goal is to improve health outcomes through the utilization of innovative technologies and increase diversity in clinical research.  Recent FDA Guidance requires some clinical trials to develop Diversity Action Plans (DAPs) and strategies to increase the participation of underrepresented communities in health research!

Discover how we’re shedding light on the issue and advocating for more representative Clinical trials.

Inclusive Clinical Studies for Equitable Health Outcomes

Clinical trial diversity is crucial in closing health disparity gaps

This lack of diversity not only hinders the generalizability and effectiveness of treatment options but also exacerbates healthcare disparities among these communities. Increased representation leads to health equity and improving outcomes for all groups. By including individuals from various racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, clinical trials can achieve the following:

  • Revealing disparities in treatment effectiveness and safety profiles among diverse populations
  • Unearthing genetic variances that impact drug processing and response
  • Gaining insights into how social determinants of health influence treatment results
  • Creating precise interventions to tackle health inequalities
